3 OPERATING PHILOSOPHY 3.1 COMBINED INSTALLATION
Installations, comprising a rig, platform and/or production facility, become combined when they have or will have an interface, e.g. emergency shut-down, deluge system, PA system, etc.
3.2 SIMULTANEOUS OPERATIONS
1. Simultaneous Operations (SIMOPS) occur when any kind of activities are taking place concurrently in Combined Installations.
2. Activities include (but are not limited to) production, construction, maintenance, well operations, workover . . .
